Power Factor Electrical holds all levels of management accountable for providing a safe work environment and enforcing safe work procedures and practices. Health and safety is considered an equal priority with productivity, environmental issues and quality control. Management and supervisors lead by example. It is their clear responsibility to ensure every member of their team has the necessary knowledge and ability to work safely.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Procedures
To assure safe and healthy working conditions during the current COVID-19 pandemic, Power Factor Electrical is enforcing enhanced safety procedures to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff. These measure include increased hand washing/sanitizing, personal protective equipment (face masks) and proper social distancing measures (2m). In addition, we do not work on construction sites with more than five (5) people at a time. Staff members are required to prescreen for any signs or symptoms daily, and are asked to stay home if unwell.
